Two things. We build and run two products: Delos Retail for multi-brand retailers, and Delos Maritime for marine operators. We also take on custom software, advisory and IT managed services for companies whose needs have outgrown what is available off the shelf.

You keep what we build. The codebase, the tests and the infrastructure are handed to your technology team at the end of the engagement — Astro and Goats by Bukalapak both took delivery and continued in-house. There is no retainer you cannot leave.

Delos Retail connects Shopify, Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada, and is natively integrated with Accurate Online so retail operations translate straight into financial reporting. For custom builds we integrate accounting software, payment gateways, cloud storage and anything else exposing a REST API.

Scope decides it, and you get the number before you commit rather than after. For reference: the Goats by Bukalapak marketplace went from kickoff to public launch in under three months, and Astro shipped a customer app, a rider app and the enterprise core behind them in three to four months.

You do. Handover is part of the engagement, not an extra: source code, test cases and infrastructure setup all transfer to your team, and bug fixes are pro bono within the warranty period.
